We treat your safety and security as our highest priority and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

What we are doing to make your stay with us safer:

• Sanitization of high-touch areas is in accordance with our IHG Clean Promise, ‘IHG Way of Clean’ when cleaning rooms and hotel facilities. This includes regular disinfection of doorknobs, rails, elevator buttons, surfaces, equipment, key cards, and other amenities.
• Steps to ensure proper physical distancing for guests are in place at all hotel venues with possible limits in capacity and time usage, as well as physical distance markers and guest advisories.
• Hotel colleagues are required to wear personal protective equipment as well as regularly wash and sanitize their hands.
• A strict protocol is in place to monitor the health conditions of all hotel colleagues.

What we ask of our guests:

• If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 including dry cough, fever or shortness of breath, or have recently been exposed to Covid-19, we would advise you to your medical practitioner and advise against all travel
• All guests are required to complete a health declaration form, have their temperature taken, hands sanitized and require to wear a face mask whilst entering the staying at our hotel.
• Hand sanitization stations are located throughout the hotel for your regular usage.
• If you feel ill at any time during your stay please immediately inform our duty manager to enable us to provide you with the correct medical care guidance.
